The Spring Equinox is a powerful moment of balance, where light and dark meet in harmony. It marks a gentle transition from winter’s inward energy to the awakening of spring.

This is a sacred time to pause, reflect, and honour what the colder months have brought, while consciously releasing what no longer serves your growth in order to create space for renewal.

Through sound healing, meditation, and Reiki, we support the body, mind, and energy field to restore balance, clarity and healing.

As we release and relax, we realign with harmony—within ourselves and with the natural rhythms of the Earth.
