We gather in CommUNITY to celebrate the return of the light! Join us for a magical evening of celebration in honor of the Spring Equinox. As we gently leave the darkened winter, we will step out into the bright birth of Spring together. This powerful journey honors the relationship of the dark and light, one standing on the opposite side of one another; the revival of our souls after a long winters sleep. Spring is here and it's time to get Moving!!! This Equinox celebration will help activate your energy through yoga, breathwork and a spirit led ceremony. We symbolically bring about the light and make space for the NEW energy to enter our lives with the help and support of spirit. Enjoy a 45 minute combination of moving your body with restorative yoga (with Bri of Nurture Yoga Studio) and moving the mind through breathwork (with Shannon of Nature's Reveal) to help cleanse your energy. Following the movement exercises, we come together in true community with a spirit guided ceremony led by Jeannine Batterson, Contemporary Shaman.
