Spring Equinox: Cacao and Microdose Soundbath and Intention Setting

Join us for an evening of deep healing, self-reflection, and transformation under the soothing embrace of sound and sacred plant medicine. Through gentle cacao and microdose rituals, we will open our hearts and minds to new possibilities, setting powerful intentions for the spring ahead. This women-only gathering invites you to connect with yourself and others in a shared experience of mindfulness and growth.

The evening will include:

🌑 Cacao Ceremony – Connect deeply with yourself and the group, opening your heart to new possibilities.

🍄🌵Plant Ritual - Two options of sacred earth medicine microdoses will be available to enhance your experience.

🎶 Sound Bath – Surrender to the healing vibrations of chakra-tuned singing bowls and other instruments.

🧘 Meditation – Deepen your connection to the present moment through a guided practice.

🌑 Intention Setting – Align with your higher self and set meaningful intentions for personal growth.

Dana Harvey
Dana Harvey is the founder of The Flourish Academy which provides psychedelic education, harm reduction and facilitation. Integrating mindfulness practices, somatic techniques, business and life coaching, sound healing, plant medicines and other supportive modalities, Dana is passionate about helping women of all ages to flourish! After realizing her successful C-suite tech industry career was leading her into burnout, Dana stepped away to pursue the heart-centered services she is now so honoured to provide. She is also Lead Facilitator for Gathering Groups' psilocybin programs, contributing to clinical research on group psychedelic therapy, Co-Lead of Vancouver Women in Psychedelics and Host of the Psychedelic Revelations podcast.

Helena Zhu
Helena Zhu is a co-founder of the Earthlings Institute, where she facilitates transformative experiences with 5-MeO-DMT, also known as the "God Molecule." A social scientist at heart, with a background in international relations and economics from the University of British Columbia, Helena is committed to helping people reconnect with their inner selves through psychedelic practices. She approaches her work with presence, compassion, and acceptance, creating safe and loving spaces for personal transformation. Helena also co-leads initiatives for Vancouver Women in Psychedelics, building bridges between community and healing practices.

Anastasia Sutulova
Anastasia Sutulova is the owner of Mandala Studio, a creative and healing space in Vancouver that hosts events focused on mindfulness, sound therapy, and community connection. Through Mandala Studio, Anastasia offers a range of workshops and experiences that encourage personal growth and alignment with holistic practices. Her passion for creating intentional spaces makes Mandala Studio a hub for transformative events, including those involving sound baths, ceremonies, and conscious gatherings.
