What to Bring

• Water
• Item for the Alter, (i.e. Flowers, crystal, rock, item that represents Spring, renewal, balance, vision, celebration etc...)
• Drum, Rattles, flute, bells, voice, etc.
• Mat, blanket, bolster if you need support for your body
