Learn to Grow Microgreens

Learn how to grow one of the most exciting discoveries in nutrition in decades. Microgreens are a miraculous, tiny, perfect representation of fresh vegetables, herbs, and greens, which provide off the chart nutritional levels as proven by scientific studies. Garden to Table SV has developed a hydroponic system that is easy and produces the least amount of waste of any form of microgreen production so you can grow these nutrient-dense foods at home. The microgreens are grown indoors, quickly (6-12 days), and with limited space and resources.

Join us for an in-person training session at the farm plus online videos throughout the week so you can be a part of every stage of the growing. You’ll learn:

• Everything you need to set up a small system at home (you can purchase these items on your own or we can provide assistance)
