Join us for a deeply nourishing ceremony night as we honour the Spring Equinox—a time of balance, renewal, and new beginnings.🌻

This special gathering is lovingly created by Marta, Maria and Magdalena. They will guide us to align with the energy of the changing season through rest, reflection, and gentle transformation.
THE OUTLINE OF THE EVENT :
We will begin the evening with a calming tea ceremony, a moment to ground ourselves and connect as a group.
This will be followed by a guided shamanic meditation, crafted to honour the equinox, ground ourselves and support intention-setting for the months ahead.
As the night unfolds, the sacred sounds of the gongs will carry us on a 7.5-hour gong journey into deep rest and inner alignment, inspired by the Gong Puja tradition of Don Conreaux.
The continuous vibrations create a nurturing space for reflection, healing, and connection to the cycles of nature. 🌞
In the morning, as the sun rises, we will gently transition back into the day with a simple yet powerful Sun Saluting Yoga practice to awaken the body and welcome the energy of the new season.
Afterward, we’ll share light refreshments and take time to reflect together on the night’s experiences, creating a space to connect, integrate, and honour the journey we’ve shared.
