The Spring Equinox marks a turning point—when day and night stand in perfect balance and nature begins to awaken. Through 108 mindful Sun Salutations, breath, mantra, and intention, we’ll release what no longer serves and plant seeds for the season ahead.
This practice is not about perfection or speed—it is a moving meditation, inviting you to move with awareness, devotion, and self-compassion. Options and pauses will be offered, making this practice accessible whether you complete all 108 or honor your body with rest along the way.
