HAVEN is thrilled to welcome Dr. Colleen Curran of Zen Path Wellness, for a lovely evening of detoxing, healing and calming mind, body & spirit.
Dr. Curran will be working with Acuseeds, a non-needle acupressure modality (placed on the body in strategic areas, via stickers) used for stress-relief, immunity-boosting and pain relief.
Once the acuseeds are applied to the body, Linnea will be leading a detox guided meditation and playing the quartz crystal bowls for 45 min to allow the body to completely settle-in and refresh.
We will be lying on yoga mats with bolsters, organic cotton blankets and eye pillows, and bolsters to sink in and let go. Lavender essential oil will be diffused throughout to aid in detoxing and relaxation.
Cost for this lovely evening is $35, payable to Linnea via venmo or paypal.
