Spring Day: Exvangelical WIP (NFN Festival)

As seen on BBC's Live at the Apollo, American transplant Spring Day provides dark comedy for nice people. Spring joined a Christian cult at 13 years old and left 13 years later. She's never talked about it before because she didn't think you heathens would understand. In this work-in-progress, watch her recount why she joined, and how she escaped a growing fundamentalist Christian community that had become her whole world. Expect one hell of a coming-of-age story about finding faith as Spring explores the nature of cults and the role they play in our everyday lives.
