Calling All Vendors & Crafters! 🌸Epiphany Catholic School is hosting a Spring Craft Fair and we’re looking for vendors to join us!
📅 Saturday, April 18, 2026
⏰ 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
📍 ECS Gym | 1211 E. Grandview Ave, Culpeper
Admission: FREE
There will be a special appearance by stone artist Bethany Lee, who will be conducting stone carving demonstrations between 10 am and noon!
Don't miss the amazing food offered by the food truck Catch the Chef and decadent coffee from The O&A Coffee Car!
Interested in being a vendor? We welcome:
Handmade crafters of all media
Sweet treats & food vendors
Nonprofits
Home-based businesses (MLMs such as Scentsy)
Vendors who have registered already are selling a wide variety of goods, including handmade wood and wrought iron items, fiber art pieces, baked goods, freeze-dried treats, lavender products, Avon, Scentsy and more!
Booths: $40 (10’x10’) or $30 (9’x7’)
Booth fees support the ECS PTO
Vendor spots are limited! Go to https://craftfair.cheddarup.com to sign up early and secure your space!
This is a family-friendly community event, and booth placement is planned to encourage strong traffic throughout the fair.
