Where does it take place?
The event is held outdoors at Allaire Community Farm located at 1923 Baileys Corner Road,

Do I have to pay to get in?
Admission to the farm is $6 for adults and $3 for children. There is no additional fee for the event.
Where can I pay?
You can pay in person at the Market located at the entrance of the farm.
What kind of vendors do you have?
We look for unique hand craft vendors from the local community. Every vendor is hand selected
and differs per event. Categories include, but are not limited to:

Adult & Children’s Apparel/Jewelry/Accessories
Art
Candles/Scents
Decorations
Housewares
Paper Products
Pet Products
Photography
& so much more!
AND - We will always have our Allaire Community Farm stand at every event showcasing exciting new items we make and sell in our market 7 days a week!
Can I be a vendor?
Yes! We are always looking for creative, positive, and friendly vendors who are excited about participating at our outdoor event and encourage you to apply. You can email [email protected] or visit our website to apply.
Are pets allowed?
For the safety of your pet and our animals, no pets are permitted. Service animals must wear vests indicating they are properly trained to do work or perform a task for someone with a disability. Since emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, they are not permitted.

Can I be a Vendor?

How much does it cost?
Right now, vendor spaces are $55 for a 10x10 table space for the day.
What can I sell?
Preference is given to those who make their products themselves and includes products such as pottery, painting, jewelry, wood crafts, soaps, quilts, candles, artisan foods, etc. It is important
that the work you display be your own, handmade work. We do not allow buy-sell, kits or mass-produced products of any kind in any of our events.
What can’t I sell?
No commercial products (buy and resell) allowed. No Multi Level Marketers. No booth sharing or subletting space.
We reserve the right to remove any offensive products that go against the Vendor Guidelines.
How do I pay?
When you are accepted to the event, you will receive an email with Vendor Instructions and Guidelines that includes payment instructions. Payments are due 7 days after acceptable to
secure your spot. Do not remit payment to anyone except as instructed in that email.
What do I bring for the day?
- All your set-up, display needs, products i.e. chairs, tables. We can’t provide any tables or
chairs. No tents please.
- Cash to make change with.
- Drinks and snacks.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 1-1 ½ hours in advance to set up your space. You may pull your car up to unload
your items before parking.
Where do I park?
Due to limited space availability, vendors are asked to please park in the lot across the street. (The farm is open regular business hours during the event so this is essential and greatly
appreciated).
Who should I check in with on the day of the event?
Lindsay and Matt are the event organizers and will be there. They will greet you when you arrive
and will be around to answer any questions.
What should I do when the event ends?
You may pull your car back up after the event ends (please don’t pull your car up during business hours as we cannot block the flow of traffic). Please leave the space in the same condition as you
found it and do not leave any garbage behind.
Where is the bathroom?
There are portable bathrooms positioned around the farm. Just ask Lindsay and Matt, they will
point you in the right direction.
What if it rains?
In the event of rain, the event will be cancelled for that day. If the situation permits, it will be held on the following day. Vendor deposits are non-refundable, however you will be given a
credit to come back on another day of your choosing!
