🌿 What to Expect:

• 45-Minute Gentle Yoga Flow: Ease into the new season with a soothing yoga session that awakens and energises your body.
• ‘Planting Seeds’ of Intention: Explore creativity by decorating a garden pot and plant your seeds (intentions) to watch them grow and come to fruition over spring.
• Grounding and Mindfulness Exercise: Centre yourself and cultivate a deep sense of presence.
• Connection Activities & Journaling: Engage in meaningful activities and reflections with a supportive community of like-minded women.

- Picnic-Style Gathering: Enjoy a relaxing picnic in nature, fostering gratitude and celebrating the changing seasons. Light refreshments and food will be provided
