Enjoy choral music? Come and hear Cranbrook Choral Society’s Spring Concert - Mendelssohn’s ‘Elijah’ - on 25th April 2026.The oratorio follows the biblical prophet, Elijah, as he battles the spread of idol worship in Israel, successfully challenging the priests of Baal to a divine contest of fire, before facing persecution by Queen Jezebel and eventually ascending to heaven in a fiery chariot.
Full choir accompanied by a full orchestra and with returning soloist Andrew Davies singing the title role.
