Join us for the Spring Community Exchange! It's a free, all‑ages clothing swap open to everyone in our community. Bring your gently used clothing to swap, thrift your way through a selection of free clothing and take home anything that suits your style or your family’s needs. It’s a simple, sustainable way to refresh your wardrobe.🌼 Two ways to donate:
Drop off early: From April 20 to May 1, donations can be delivered to the Voluntary Resource Centre (81 Prince St) between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Bring items on event day: You’re welcome to bring your items with you and place them directly in the appropriate sections when you arrive.
🧥 What we accept:
- Gently used clothing
- Footwear
- Accessories such as hats, scarves, and
- Reusable bags
We’re focusing on wearable items only, so we aren’t collecting household goods or other non‑clothing items.
Now is a great time to look through your closets for pieces that no longer fit, have been outgrown, or simply aren’t being worn. There is no need to donate in order to participate - Everyone is welcome.
We will end up with more clothing than we need- If you're passionate about donating clothing to a specific group afterwards, we would love to invite you to come pick up some clothing at the end of the day and make it happen!
