Winter is fading, the light is stretching longer into the evening, and spring flavors are finally taking center stage. Join us for an immersive, hands-on cocktail experience celebrating bright botanicals, fresh fruit, and the transition into a new season.

Throughout the evening, our team will guide you step-by-step as you craft three signature cocktails, learning technique, balance, and the flavor story behind each pour. You’ll shake, stir, and build each drink yourself — then sit back and enjoy the full tasting experience. And of course, you’ll leave with three new recipes and skills to recreate them at home.

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Sour- Nothing beats the smell of a fresh baked pie crafted with love from Granny. This Gin Sour is a homage to the unconditional love of family and the joy that spring brings. Builders Botanical Gin with notes of Rhubarb, Strawberry, lemon, rose, honey, and elderflower.

Golden Hour Martini- The first sign of spring is not only the green grass, sprouting flowers and the warmer temps. It's also an evening glow that dances across the sky as day slowly gives way to night. This Duffy’s Run Vodka Martini has notes of Blood Orange, lemon, almond, ginger, and wine.

Fahy's Favorite- This drink is a farewell to winter. All those flavors we adored the past few months must give way to the new seasons ahead but not before one last old fashioned. Cinnamon Stone Breaker Whiskey with notes of jalapeño, salted vanilla and Mexican dark chocolate.
