Spring Cocktail Class at Lavender Fields

Join us this Spring at Lavender Fields at Warrington Manor in Milton, DE for a cozy evening class, focusing on fresh, local spring ingredients, flavors and modern mixing techniques. Class will take place inside of the renovated barnhouse, which is a historic centerpiece of the property. All students will be greeted with a special welcome cocktail on arrival. The Wildflower Café, located on-site, will be open at the beginning of class to purchase food for those looking to have a bite before we begin our journey. After filling up, students will be expertly guided through 3 spring cocktails, all of which will utilize local ingredients that you can find and utilize in your mixing at home. This is a hands on class; You will be learning to mix your own cocktails with professional tools and techniques!

´The opening 30 minutes (from 5:00 to 5:30) will allow students time to check-in, order food from the Wildflower Café, and get acquainted with your classmates – as well as myself. Afterwhich, instruction will begin promptly at 5:30! Cheers!

´NOTE: Should you plan order from the Café, we politely ask that you arrive promptly so as to have time to enjoy your meal. This allows for a neat and tidy workspace for all during class instruction. Students may arrive up to 15 minutes early to allow for adequate time.
