Kick up some dust with breath and movement. You’re cleaning out closets and opening windows at home. Explore the bodily equivalents that help you shake off winter debris and move with ease into warmer months. Bring a journal; as we air out, we'll take time to reflect on what we're clearing and what we're making space for.
The class will start with breath, grounding, and meditation. We'll build heat by flowing with vinyasa-style yoga, then slow down with long-held yin poses that stretch deep into the fascia and tissues. Some experience of yoga postures is suggested for safe practice in this class. Not recommended for beginners.
