Whether it’s just a fun night in for yourself or you’re hosting guests, these tips and tricks will help you door with professional style! First Pint included in ticket cost 🍻

What You Will Learn:

• Explore the light flavors of the perfect Spring board : Learn what makes your select cheese special and how to spot them in the store for your pairing at home!
• Charcuterie Folding: Learn the professional secrets behind meat folds and styling to create beautiful, photo-ready boards every time.
• Plating & Presentation: Discover how to balance flavors and colors to build a cohesive and appetizing display. We will have garnishes for you to really make your board pop and say SPRING! ✨

The Venue:

The class takes place at Cold Spring Brewery, New Jersey’s first non-profit brewery. Located in a restored 1804 barn, the brewery provides a unique, rustic atmosphere for the workshop. While not explicitly included in the ticket price, the venue’s craft beverages offer a perfect pairing for the charcuterie being prepared. ( First Pint included )
