Opening • Integration • CelebrationThis heart-centered evening is an invitation to soften, open, and reconnect, with yourself, your inner wisdom, and the energy of the season. Through the gentle plant medicine of ceremonial cacao and an immersive sound bath, we create space for emotional release, clarity, and deep nourishment.
We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, intentionally prepared to support heart opening and presence. From there, the evening unfolds with a grounding meditation and an oracle card draw, offering intuitive guidance and insight to anchor the energetic theme of the night.
Crissy and Jason will then guide you into a fully immersive sound journey featuring 432 Hz crystal singing bowls, layered tones, rhythm, and vibrational sound designed to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and support integration on a cellular level.
This experience is both grounding and expansive. This is a space to receive, reflect, and celebrate the growth and renewal that has been unfolding throughout the month.

What to bring:
You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported during rest. Chairs, yoga mats, and blankets will also be available for your use.
