Join us for our Spring Break and 5 days of Recreational Activities. And what better way to end then with some food and camp cooking lessons from Uncle Mike's Outdoor Kitchen.
Join Uncle Mike by the Nature Center at 1pm Friday as he sets up and talks about the gear he uses. At 2pm will be the official presentation, don't want to miss that. And then hang out and try some samples and talk with him after.
No matter if you are new to Dutch Oven cooking or a seasoned pro, like your oven. This will have something for everyone. Dutch Ovens have been all over this country since its founding. Its modern look is thanks to an American revolutionist. And it has made its way across the frontier on many a cookies wagon.
