Spring Break Camp March 30 - April 4, 2026

This camp is designed to help youth (6-17) build resilience, enhance protective factors, and reduce risky behaviors.

• 1 week class for 2 hours each day
• Every day 1:30-3:30pm starting March 30, 2026, and ending on April 4, 2026
• On-site class at The Family Support Center of Ogden
• For youth ages 6-17
• Helps children learn critical skills such as positive and negative defense mechanisms, positive self-talk, and how to identify and manage emotions.
• Lessons are taught with visual metaphors, music, discussions, videos, and activities
• Snack provided
• Free
