Tweens and teens love the kitchen!Excited to cook beyond a recipe? Some of the world’s foods come from mistakes made in the kitchen, such as, the dumpling. This class brings a hands-on experience where the kids can try combining different ingredients in a new way to add a new flavor twist to the common everyday foods we eat. Participants will test their ideas and put a spin on old recipes using imagination and innovation to develop new and unique dishes.
Ages: 10 – 14
Location: The REC, Room: Stewart Hall-A
Price: $170 members/ $180 non-members (An additional Supply Fee of $35 will be due to instructor at the beginning of the first session)
