About this Event
What is Sound Bath?
A sound bath is an immersive listening experience. Attendees will be guided through a meditation accompanied by the healing frequencies of crystal sound bowls. The sound bowls' vibrations bring harmony to the body's energy centers and also have a calming effect on the brain waves which helps usher you to a meditative state. The result is a deeply restful and rejuvenating journey, a welcome counterbalance to our busy lives.
🍃What is Resonant States?
Resonant States brings muscians and sound bath practitioners together, hosting an immersive interdiciplinary performance and sound bath series.
🧘🏻Sound Bath Facilitator: Amy Miller
Amy Miller is the healer/owner of Healing Haus, where she combines "The Work and The Woo" to empower clients to take their healing into their own hands.
