🌱this dreamy 2 hr offering will gently guide you from the stillness of winter into a spring awakening. you will be welcomed with kombucha or a hot chai and begin the practice with cleansing, energising breath to blow away the cobwebs 🌬️ Amber and Lauren will then lead you into a gentle warm up and slow yoga flow for expansion, energy and growth 🌿 integrate the transition of the seasons with a grounding meditation accompanied by soothing sound bowls 🧖🏻‍♀️
