Through meditation, movement, and deep stretch, we’ll transition from winter’s stillness into spring’s vibrancy. This two-hour experience invites you to shake off heaviness, tap into your body’s natural rhythms, and embrace the possibilities of a new season with mindfulness and intention. After grounding and balancing our energy, we will build a little heat, then harness our warmth to hold some deep, nourishing yin postures. Close out practice with reflection and dreaming of springtime and all it has to offer.Dress for movement and bring a journal, pen, mat, and water.
