Spring Awakening: Nature Observation & Collective Art Workshop

As the city shakes off the winter chill, join us for an afternoon of connection and creativity guided by Paula(@studio.paulaesteve) and Konstantina(@help_heart_creative_workshops).

Through mindful observation and tactile interaction with nature, we’ll gather inspiration that we’ll then pour onto a massive, collaborative canvas.

No 'artist' skills required, just bring an open heart and a willingness to move.

What to Expect:

Phase 1: Grounding. Guided mindful interaction with natural elements.

Phase 2: Connection. A guided exercise to connect with the space and each other.

Phase 3: Expression. Translating movement and emotion onto a shared canvas.

The Vibe: Warm tea, local snacks, curated music, and a judgement-free "safe space."

Important Notes: Please wear "painting clothes" or outfits you don't mind getting a bit of nature or pigment on!

Inclusivity: This is a safe space for all levels of creative experience.
