Spring Awakening hosted by Allsteel and Normann Copenhagen

Join us for a restorative and energizing experience that blends movement, heat, cold exposure, and community.

Each session begins with a guided, structured workout class, followed by access to the sauna and cold plunge at . Expect to move your body, reset your nervous system, and connect with an incredible community in a beautiful waterfront setting.

10:45 AM – Arrival
11:00 AM – 1-Hour Guided Yoga Class
Sauna + Cold Plunge access to follow until 2:00 PM

12:45 PM – Arrival
1:00 PM – 1-Hour Guided Pilates Class
Sauna + Cold Plunge access to follow until 4:00 PM

Each session includes a full one-hour workout before gaining access to the sauna and cold plunge facilities.

Can’t make the workout portion? Please notify Christian or Alana at least a few days in advance.

• Workout clothing suitable for movement
• Athletic footwear

• Yoga or workout mat
• Swimsuit (required for sauna + cold plunge)
• Towel
• Water bottle
• Extra change of clothes

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your selected session start time to check in.
• A guided workout class takes place before sauna access.
• Space is limited — registration is required.
