Join Isis du Jour for a nourishing Spring Awakening Half-Day Retreat at The Yoga Yurt. A special seasonal offering to welcome the return of light, energy and renewal.As nature begins to reawaken, this Spring Retreat invites you to gently shake off the heaviness of winter and step into a sense of clarity, vitality and new beginnings.
We’ll open with a soft, revitalising yoga practice — slow, spacious movement blended with restorative postures to encourage the body to unfurl and the mind to settle. After practice, enjoy homemade cake, wholesome seasonal treats and uplifting herbal teas.
With your body nourished, you’ll be guided through a spring-inspired visualisation and journalling session, designed to help you connect with themes of growth, intention and fresh possibility. Gentle prompts will support reflection on what you’re ready to release and what you’re inviting in this season.
Together, we’ll create a nature-inspired collective mandala using spring elements such as blossoms, budding leaves, stones and petals — a creative meditation honouring renewal and the emergence of new life.
To conclude, you’ll settle into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra accompanied by the calming vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls. This soothing combination of sound and guided rest will invite deep harmony, leaving you refreshed, uplifted and aligned with the energy of spring.
