Join us for an evening of connection, awakening, and renewal as we celebrate the first day of Spring!This special outdoor gathering will include warming solar breathwork, intention setting, a cooling lunar yoga nidra practice and a closing sound bath.
After the practice, enjoy a homemade warming and calming Spring Love elixir!
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to the practice, all are welcome to gather together to harness the powerful energy of this seasonal shift.
*Please bring a mat, water, journal and pen. Bring your own yoga props or use ones provided on site.
*Please keep in mind, we'll be outdoors on artificial grass.
