About this Event
Join us for Spring Awakening, a joyful, heart-opening experience designed to shake off stagnant energy, awaken your life force, and welcome the fresh momentum of spring.
This is an invitation to move, laugh, release, and rest — all in a safe, non-judgmental space where you are free to be exactly as you are.
We’ll begin with a gentle grounding exercise to help you arrive in your body, settle the nervous system, and feel supported in the space. From there, we’ll move into one full hour of ecstatic dance — guided loosely, with no choreography and no expectations.
Ecstatic dance is a form of free movement where you follow your body’s natural rhythms. There is no right or wrong way to move. You may dance wildly, gently sway, laugh, stretch, pause, or rest. This is a space to release self-consciousness, reconnect with joy, and let your body lead.
After dancing, we’ll transition into an immersive sound bath, allowing the body and nervous system to deeply rest and integrate. Crystal singing bowls and grounding instruments will support relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of calm after movement.
This experience is about awakening joy without pressure, releasing what winter held, and reconnecting with your aliveness.

No dance experience is needed. This is a judgment-free and welcoming space. You are encouraged to move in whatever way feels good for you — or rest whenever needed.
Come as you are. Laugh if you feel it. Move if you feel it. Rest if you need it. Everything is welcome.
What to Bring
• Comfortable clothing for movement
• Yoga mat, blanket and pillow for the sound bath (spares available)
• Water
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and honor our shared start time.
Spaces are limited to keep the container grounded and supportive.
