The Palmer Arts Council is thrilled to announce the second offering in our Spring Art Class Series for Adults to be held on Saturday, April 5th. During this Beginner Mosaics class instructors Betty Hanson & Anita Leader will lead the adult participants through the process of creating a mosaic heart that will be taken home after the class.
