Join us for an Info Night at Fleet Feet Meridian on Thursday, March 20th, from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM to learn all about The Big Run 5K & 10K Training Program!
This 10-week training program is designed for runners of all levels—whether you’re training for your first 5K or 10K, getting back into running, or looking to set a new personal record. Our program will prepare you for the Treasure Valley Rescue Run 5K & 10K on June 7 at Reid Merrill Park with structured coaching, group workouts, and expert support.
