Spring 2024 Manifestation Workshop This workshop will offer you a powerful start of the New Cycle of Life weaving together blissful sound therapy, meditation, crystal grid creation and the power of manifestation.
Spring is the first season in the cycle of Nature. We are welcoming the awakening, the creation, the nurturing and new growth after the harsh, stormy and disturbing energies of August and September. And to begin with, we will be working on clearing our physical, emotional, mental and energy bodies with the Element of Air and Fire, bringing in clarity, vision, motivation and action power for the new chapter in our lives, setting in goals and getting Spiritual guidance for the next steps on our journey. With the aid of a manifestation ritual, we will open the pathways for physical opportunities to bring our plans and dreams into reality and call on the energy within us to take action toward these New Beginnings with confidence, optimism and renewed passion.
We will work with oracle messages, crystals (each of the participants will receive a manifestation crystal grid to create and take home), pranayam (breathing techniques) and guided meditation.
The workshop is built to suit any level of spiritual practice, no specific prior skills or experience required. This might be just the way for you to allow more magic into your every day life.
This will be a powerful and transformative yet gentle and healing experience in a relaxed, ambient atmosphere in the circle of beautiful, like-minded people.
Bookings are essential as places are limited. I am hosting this event in the coziness of my own home in Youngtown (Launceston).
What to bring: your beautiful energy and an open mind, a throw blanket for meditation and a water bottle. Hot tea and light nibbles will be offered.

About the facilitator:
Ekaterina is the founder of Your Soul Light and a Launceston-based Reiki Master, hypnotherapist and energy healer, shaman, past life and soul trauma healing therapist and a certified Kundalini yoga teacher. Ekaterina has conducted dozens of spiritual events and circles and offers healing sessions both in person and distantly.
Her sessions are based on 'Light Immersion' technique - a unique blend of spiritual modalities to take you deep and high on the journey of your soul.
