We are so delighted to be be joined by the fantastic Antony Dunn as one of this year's Spotlight poets:
'Antony Dunn’s fifth collection of poems, Inbetween Days, is published by Valley Press in October 2026.
He has previously published four collections of poems; Pilots and Navigators (Oxford University Press), Flying Fish (Carcanet OxfordPoets), Bugs (Carcanet OxfordPoets) and Take This One to Bed (Valley Press). He edited and introduced Ex Libris, the posthumous collection of poems by David Hughes (Valley Press).
Winner of the Newdigate Prize and an Eric Gregory Award, he is a regular tutor for The Poetry School and has taught many times for the Arvon Foundation.
He has worked on translation projects with poets from Holland, Hungary, China and Israel/Palestine, and has been Poet in Residence at the University of York, Ilkley Literature Festival and the People Powered Press. Until 2018 he was Artistic Director of the Bridlington Poetry Festival. He lives in Leeds.'
Antony will be performing a selection of his poems, before he is joined by Abbi for a Q&A.
