Sportsmen for Youth - Youth Day 2026

Please join us for our 32nd annual Youth Day! Youth Day is a FREE outdoor family fun event that takes place the first Saturday after Labor Day every year. This event is designed to introduce youth to the great joy of everything outdoors. Educational and fun for the whole family. Activities offered include: trout pond, firearm shooting, live animals, furs to touch and feel, wildlife management demonstrations, and many more fun educational activities. Muskegon area Fire Chiefs provide public safety vehicles, demonstrations, and other hands on activities. T-shirt, Lunch, door prizes, and goody bags will be FREE for youth 17 and under who attend the event. (while sizes and supplies last).
In order to keep our event family friendly for everyone, Pets and Smoking are not allowed at our event.
