Wanting to rent a space for our upcoming yard sale on Saturday, March 28th? Here's how it works. We have specific dates for our grass sites and pavilions. Grass Sites will be first come first served and pavilions will be based on a lottery system. In Person Only no Phone Reservations!
Grass Sites Reservation Date: March 17th @7am - If you're wanting a grass site you'll go grab the flag of the spot that you would like to rent and bring it to the concession stand to pay for it. Same goes for the Kiosk, Stage, and Gazebo - there will be a flag on/near the area to grab to reserve. Cash or Card - In Person Only no Phone Reservations!
Pavilion Lottery: March 6th. If you're wanting a pavilion come straight to the concession stand and we are selling chances to win a pavilion in a live drawing on Facebook. Chances will be $1 each and we do not have a cut off limit. The more chances you buy the more likely your name will be called. We will stop selling chances March 15th and announce the winners on March 16th around noon on a Facebook Live. In Person Only no Phone Reservations!
*Pricing:
Pavilions - $50 (Chances $1 each.)
Grass sites - $20 (First come first served)
Kiosk, Stage, and Gazebo - $20 (first come first served)
Grass Site Reservation Day: March 17th starting at 7am
Pavilion Lottery Start Day: March 6th
Pavilion Lottery Draw Date: March 15th
We do not reserve over the phone, it must be done in person.
