Platte Valley Medical Clinic will be offering Sports Physicals on Tuesday, July 21 from 5:00–7:00 PM.
Skip the stress—stop in, get checked, and get back to your summer.
This event is open to:
- Sports Physicals | 8th Grade and Up
- Small Camp Physicals | Any Age
No appointment is necessary—just walk in during event hours.
Please bring:
- Insurance card
- Completed school or activity paperwork
- Glasses or contacts (if applicable)
Please note: Vaccines will not be provided during this event.
