Sports Physicals At West!

Oshkosh West High School Athletics is partnering with Partnership Community Health Center (PCHC) to help student athletes complete the required sports physical needed to participate in school athletics. Please join us on August 18th in the Nurse's Office at Oshkosh West (enter door 38) to receive your sports physical. Please complete the form by August 10th, if interested.
*Oshkosh North’s date is August 11, but they can come to ours if that date doesn’t work!*
