It’s that time of year again! Waterford Family Medicine is gearing up for the new school year, and your student’s team will likely require an up-to-date sports physical before they can “gear up” for the season. To make an already crazy summer schedule easier, we are offering two Saturdays just for school/sports physicals. And…there are spots available for non-established patients as well!
Saturday, August 16th and August 23rd
9 am - 1 pm, ages 5-18
$75 cash fee and we accept most private Insurance plans but only Wellpoint for state aid.
Please call 563-355-9990 to claim a time slot.
Bring your school/sports form.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to do immunizations on these special dates and we do not sign vaccination wavers.
Tell your friends and family. Don’t let the season and your first practice catch you unprepared!
