Sports Discovery (four weekly sessions)

Discover Your Child’s Passion for Sports! This weekly introductory program is perfect for kids ages 3-9 who want to explore three of today’s most popular sports: soccer, baseball, and flag football. The four sessions are designed to help kids familiarize themselves with these sports, the program provides an opportunity to learn new skills, discover their favorites, and understand the importance of sportsmanship.

Program Details

Each participant will receive a program shirt with registration. To prepare, kids should wear athletic shorts, sneakers, or rubber cleats (no metal spikes) and bring a water bottle.

Optional equipment to bring:

• Soccer: Shin guards
• Baseball: Glove and favorite team’s hat
• Flag Football: Mouthguard

All other necessary equipment is included with registration.

This program is offered in partnership with i9 Sports. All instructors are certified and have undergone background checks. i9 Sports is committed to ensuring youth sports are about more than just skills and scores. They focus on teaching the fundamentals of each sport while developing character by instilling sportsmanship values and celebrating players who embody them.

Families are a vital part of the i9 Sports experience! Parents are encouraged to attend, cheer on their young athletes, and support them as spectators, motivators, and role models.

Sports Discovery Schedule:

Tuesdays June 10, 17, 24 and July 1.

Ages Time

3 to 4: 5 – 6 p.m.

5 to 6: 6:15 – 7:15 p.m.

7 to 9: 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

A minimum of 6 participants are needed per age group.
