Join us for a chronic illness friendly FREE gentle yoga class with Jen Herndon, yoga therapist and former physical therapist assistant!
This class will feature some of the yoga techniques that have helped Jen improve her Long Covid and ME/CFS symptoms over the last year and be able to return to a more active lifestyle.
Bring a yoga mat, or pillow and blanket, or whatever is available to you and dress comfortably!
