to try your hand at making pottery? This is the class for you! This is a beginner class where you will learn the basics of throwing pottery on a wheel. Our instructor will teach you in a relaxed environment with step by step instructions. Our group class holds only 6 students.
You will be permitted to make 3 items & keep your best 2. You will make 2 spoon rests similar to the ones pictured. After your class we will finish trimming, firing, glazing, & firing your pottery for a final time! We will notify you when it is ready to pick up in 3-4 weeks.
This class is recommended for ages 12 and up.
We will provide aprons although clay will not stain your clothes. You should wear comfortable clothes, pull long hair back, & trim your nails for the best experience.
This class is BYOB. Please bring your own cork screws & cups! We do not have them in the studio.
