Learn how to carve beautiful, functional spoons from native hardwoods, from selecting wood, using a carving axe, using sloyd and hook knives, burnishing, sanding, and oiling. Your instructor, Mark Wilson, has carved hundreds of spoons and would love to teach you how to make goods from the woods! This is a 2-day course. January 7 and 21, 6-8 p.m.
