It’s that time of year again! Spooky Yoga at Refined Fit Lab! Spooky tunes, scary good stretches, and all the Halloween vibes in dim lights. Yogi Mariela will be leading a scary good recovery-based yoga class. All you ghouls and goblins should come wearing a costume and ready to get your spooky on!Goodie bags will be given to all attendees. $20 to book your spot must be paid in advance as the class limit is 15 participants.
