Inspired by the Centre’s popular Ghost Tour, the Spooky Walk begins winds through the misty streets of Charlottetown, all while guided by tales that blend the historical with the haunted.
Throughout the evening, expect haunting performances from dance umbrella’s Performance Group and the Confederation Centre Choirs, setting the mood for an unforgettable night.
You’ll hear tales of the Wookalark of Souris (the infamous pig-man of the Glen with glowing red eyes); the Phantom Bell Ringers (ghostly apparitions and sounds at the Kirk of St. James); and other legendary PEI ghost stories and cryptid lore.
Come dressed as your favourite Island spooky character or folklore creature!
Want to go a step further? Join our Mask-Making Workshop on October 25 ($10), where a Heritage Player will guide you through PEI’s supernatural past, and help you create a mask to wear on the walk!
Take a (spooky) walk through the haunted heart of Island heritage, featuring live music, theatrical storytelling, and atmospheric folklore.
