Spooky STEM Event at iFLY Lincoln Park!

Your students will experience a thrill in iFLY's state of the art wind tunnel during an exciting STEM Lite field trip. Join us for some Halloween fun without the fright, suitable for ages 3+!

Our highly trained STEM educator will guide your student through an immersive, hands-on experience that consists of:

• Introduction and Physics Demonstration in the wind tunnel led by STEM Educator.
• STEM activity - great for grades k-8th (9th-12th grades still welcome)
• Flight Training, Flight Gear, and FLYING!
• 2 Flights with 1 High Flight per registered participant
• Instructor Air Show
• Flight Certificates
• Halloween Candy

• NO REFUNDS will be offered for this event after purchase.
• Maximum of 26 flyers eligible to participate – first come, first served!
• Minimum of 15 flyers are required to host the event.
• Payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable *(NO REFUNDS AFTER PURCHASE).
• Registration will close on October 16th at 5:00 pm CDT. (We will not be able to re-open event registration after sales end).

• Curriculum targeted at students enrolled in K-8th grade, but 9th-12th graders are welcome, too!

• Parents/ guardians are required to attend and chaperone their students - no payment required for chaperones.

• STEM pricing and flight spaces are reserved for students only at this specific event.
• Flyers must be at least 3 years old.
• Let us know if a participant in your group weighs between 260-299 lbs. They may need additional evaluation to fly.
• Individuals 300 lbs. or over cannot fly.
• Do not fly if you are pregnant.
• Individuals with hard casts or prosthetics that cannot be removed are not allowed to fly.
• Individuals with head/neck/back injuries, heart conditions, or any other condition that may impede their ability to take part in a physical activity should not fly.
• Those with prior shoulder dislocations are advised not to fly.

Costumes & Flying Guidelines: Costumes are highly encouraged! However, if you plan to participate in the flight experience, please note the following requirements: All flyers must be able to wear a flight suit over their clothing, along with goggles and a helmet. If your costume interferes with putting on the flight suit, goggles, or helmet, you will need to remove the costume before flying. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes underneath your costume or bringing a change of clothes to ensure a smooth transition for the flight experience. iFLY offers complimentary lockers that can be used to lock up props, masks, etc. while flying.

• Duration: Your entire iFLY STEM experience will take about 3.5 hours in total. Please plan to stay for the entirety of the event to experience the full STEM Program!

• Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing and lace-up shoes. Remove everything from pockets prior to flying - including watches, jewlery, and valuables.
• Checking in: Please arrive by 5:00 PM and ensure all online flight waivers are completed prior to your arrival. Once your check-in is complete, you’ll receive wristbands.
