Spooky Popcorn Outdoor Movie Series

Spooky Popcorn is a summer outdoor horror movie series hosted at Constitution Plaza in downtown Hartford. The event is designed as a full evening community experience combining film, food, and social gathering in a public plaza setting.
Each event features an outdoor movie screening with a curated food experience where one food truck rotates per scheduled date. The food truck serves as the primary dinner option while attendees enjoy free popcorn and a dessert vendor is also present to round out the offerings.
Expected attendance ranges from 150 to 200 people per event, creating a consistent mid size audience with strong engagement throughout the evening. Guests typically arrive before the movie starts and stay through the full screening, resulting in steady food sales during the entire service window.
We are seeking one food truck per event date on a rotating schedule from July 11 through August 29. Vendor fee is 50 dollars per date. This is a strong opportunity for trucks looking for high visibility, consistent summer weekend exposure, and a built in entertainment driven crowd.
