Expect Halloween vibes, spooky tunes, mindful movement and plenty of sweet treats as we come together for a cosy evening of Pilates, delicious home-baked treats and community.
Our pop-up is a great opportunity to not only enjoy some recharging, mindful movement, but also meet new people and connect over delicious treats, baked with love and care.
Come along in your favourite Halloween-inspired outfit (optional!) 🎃👻
