Come along to our 'Spooky Special' & take part in a strength-based workout! 45 mins doing something for YOU, that is a little bit different from our usual Sweaty Mama groups! Suitable for both pre & post natal Mamas and little ones are welcome! Bring your older kiddies along too and let them burn off some steam! HALLOWEEN COSTUMES ENCOURAGED!!!
