Come join Aly at Live Free Yoga for a fun family in-studio yoga experience! We’ll learn a spooky breath, move and explore our bodies in imaginative ways. Our yoga shapes will feature pumpkins, witches, bats, and Frankenstein, spiders and black cats. We’ll take a break and read a favorite kid’s Halloween story. This is followed by partner poses, where kids and adults work together to create fun and interesting shapes. This is always a favorite time for the kids, as there is lots of movement and laughter, and it’s a great bonding experience! And to wind it all down, we’ll finish with a halloween scavenger hunt around the studio. Everyone gets to take home a goodie bag. This workshop is recommended for ages 4-8. Cost is $35/parent/child. $10 per additional child.
